典型的な伝統の日本蕎麦！
立喰 新角は知っている限り20年前からあります。多分、団塊の世代もこの１杯で力を得ておりました。
典型的で伝統的な立喰スタイルのファストフードレストラン。「かけ」は最もシンプルなそばで、ネギだけがトッピングされ、まさにおダシと麺を楽しむ１杯です。かつお風味のおダシが、そして柔らかい麺が正にイイ。噛む必要のなく、飲み込む１杯です。
正に蕎麦、正に立喰、ウマシカテ！

立喰 新角 is founded over 20 years ago as far as I know, maybe more older Dankai businessman also got power with these dishes.
It is the typical traditional standing style fast food restaurant. "Kake" is the simplest style noodle dish. Only scallion is topped, you just can enjoy soup and noodle, that's it. Bonito flavor soup is simply nice, also too soft noodle, you don't need to bite'em, just drink with soup.
That's typical soba and typical style! Delicious!
